We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day on Friday 20th of June for our annual Sports Day.The races had something for everyone from speedy sprints to the always entertaining potato and spoon, sack race, three legged race, wheelbarrow race and the clothes race! A new addition this year was the team building raft race , where teamwork and co operation made all the difference. After all the excitement and exertion of the races everyone was treated to a fabulous barbecue. Huge thanks to Mags and Paula for their culinary skills cooking up delicious burgers and sausages, followed by an irresistible collection of cupcakes and smores. Thanks also to Enda for providing the barbecue equipment and to Sandra for keeping everyone cool and refreshed with Mi wadi and ice cream which was very welcome on such a warm day!! It was a really enjoyable day. Thanks to all who helped make it such a success!
