Ambulance Visit

29th May 2025
Bryan and John kindly visited our school to teach the children about the invaluable work that's carried out by the national ambulance service team. Children experienced first hand the inside of an ambulance and all of the equipment within it. Tommy and Adrian were our giant teddy bears that acted as our patients. They were lifted onto stretchers. The stethoscope was used to check their heart rate. The children communicated with the patients to ensure that they were comfortable and safe.
We are extremely grateful to Bryan and John who explained this so thoroughly and gave our students an opportunity to learn about the invaluable work carried out by our paramedics.
This was one of the highlights experienced by our students this year.
